Eligibility and Personal Use

If you have a medical concern, unusual symptom, reduced fetal movement, difficulty locating a fetal heartbeat, or any concern about your pregnancy or baby, contact an appropriate healthcare professional rather than relying on an Aura Baby product or information on our website.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products listed in your order.

After you place an order, we may send an electronic confirmation acknowledging that we received it. An order is not necessarily accepted merely because an automated confirmation was sent.

We may decline or cancel an order before fulfillment when reasonably necessary, including because of:

Payment problems
Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
Shipping restrictions
Quantity limitations
Errors affecting the order

Estimated shipment or availability dates are good-faith estimates and are not guarantees. Manufacturing, transportation, customs, supply-chain, carrier, or other circumstances may cause dates to change.

If a material delay affects your preorder, we will provide any notice or options required by applicable law.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once an order has been transferred to a carrier, circumstances such as weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting an order.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible purchases are subject to our 90-Day Return Policy, including its eligibility requirements, hygiene and safety exceptions, and return procedures.

Product-specific warranties, statutory warranties, or other rights may apply independently of our voluntary return policy.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Customer Care as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request reasonable information such as photographs, video, serial information, order information, or troubleshooting details to help assess the issue.

We will work with you toward an appropriate resolution in accordance with the circumstances, applicable warranty terms, and applicable law.

Product Warranties

Certain Aura Baby products may include a written manufacturer's or Aura Baby warranty.

Where a product has a specific written warranty, the terms of that warranty govern its coverage, duration, exclusions, and available remedies.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates warranty or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
